1. How do I become a member of your site?
On the left side of the screen you find the "join" button. Click it and sign-up online.
By becoming a member you get full access to our website.

2. How much is a membership?
The membership is € 4,95 per month recurring, which means that your credit
card will be charged for this amount every month until you cancel.

3. What will I get for the member fee?
In the membersection you have access to liveshows of the models, go private,
picturegalleries, clips, giftshop and even an auction where you can bid on the girls favorite items.

4. Is the private chat really private?
In the private chat you are really one-on-one with the girl. As special feature you can controll (move and zoom) the camera yourself!

5. How many models are there?
In total we have over 60 girls. Everything is broadcasted
from our own studios which means that you receive the best quality of
live streaming.

6. What will you do with my personal info?
Your personal info is ONLY used for checking your credit card information.
All info will be kept in our database and NOT sold to other parties or used for commercial purposes.

7. What will the description on my credit card statement be?
Your statement will show the discrete billing name of IMCBill.com.

8. I forgot my username/password!

10. How do I cancel my membership?
Of course we would regret your cancellation, but if you really want to cancel
click here. We should inform you that cancelling your membership also implies that your credits are not valid anymore.

11. I am unable to log in?
Just contact our error department at admin@teenlivesex.com and they will
guide you through the needed steps.

12: I have problems with viewing the Chat?
Our Chat uses a JAVA applet to stream the Live-feed into your browser. In order to see the Chat you need to have a JAVA compatible browser and it has to be enabled in your browser options. In case that you don't see any Livefeed ask your provider if they can open port 2045, 2047 and 2074 in the Firewall or Proxy server. The applet uses these ports to send the Livefeed and the sound to your browser. Unless they are open you will not be able to see the Chat. If you have a mac try netscape!

13. I keep getting a "Security Check Failure" in the live chat?
This could happen if you are running certain security applications such as virus scanners or firewalls. Please deactivate all these applications before you enter the site.

14. I am using a Mac with Netscape and the Chat screen remains grey?
Please install Internet Explorer on your computer. This should work!

15. How will I pay for the sessions?
We have 3 different sessions: Showtime, sneak peek and private. For sessions in the showtime and sneak peek you pay 1 credit a minute. In private sessions you pay 3 credits a minute.

16. How much do the credits cost?
You can buy packages of 25, 50, 75 and 100 credits. Prices of the packages are the same as the credits. So for € 25 you 25 credits.

17. Do I have to spend all my credits at one time?
No, you don't even have to spend them on one girl. You are free to use your credits anyway you like.

18. How long will the credits be valid?
Your credits will be valid untill you cancel your membership.
Credits in account after cancelling can not be refunded

19. Can I buy extra credits when I’m in chat?
Yes, with one easy click. Even during any chat, you can upgrade your account.

20. Can I pay for the site with the telephone or modem?
Yes, you can join our site with a dialer. Your access is only limited to the free chat and the rest of the member area that you don't need credits for.
In order to buy credits, you have to sign up by credit card.

21. What are the costs per minute?
Depending on the chat you are in (Showtime, Sneak Peek or Private), prices differ from 1 to 3 credits a minute.

22. How can I go into a private chat with a model?
Easy, in the chatbox you see a private button. As long as there is no one else in private, you can go in any time and as long as you want and your credits last.

23. What do I do if a model is already in a private chat with someone else?
Of course you can wait until she is free, but you can also have a sneak peek.
